Refund policy
At Future Fashion Nepal Pvt. Ltd., we want you to receive the correct products in good condition. Returns and refunds are subject to this policy and applicable laws of Nepal.
1. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong or mismatched products
- Other returns where a return right applies under applicable Nepal's Consumer Protection Act.
For defective, damaged or mismatched products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos where applicable.
2. Product Condition
Products must be returned in the condition required for the applicable return.
Used, worn, washed, altered, opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return, where applicable law excludes such products from return.
This is particularly applicable to fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, bath & body and personal-care products.
Unopened and sealed products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable Nepal's Consumer Protection Act.
3. Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us before sending it back.
After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed.
The customer may choose an available preferred payment method, subject to the requirements of the payment provider.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the selected payment method, bank or wallet.
6. Return Shipping
Where the return is due to a wrong, defective or damaged product attributable to Future Fashion Nepal, we will coordinate the appropriate return/replacement process.
7. Important
This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable Nepal's Consumer Protection Act law will prevail.
