Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Future Fashion Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as soon as possible after placing the order.
1. Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to our ability to process the cancellation in time.
For prepaid orders, an eligible refund will be processed through an available payment method after cancellation is confirmed.
2. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may contact us and the matter will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel before dispatch.
If a COD order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may affect our ability to accept future COD orders from the customer.
4. Cancellation by Future Fashion Nepal
We may cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- The delivery information is incorrect or insufficient;
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity; or
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, any applicable refund will be processed through an available payment method.

This policy does not restrict or exclude any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Consumer Protection Act law. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law will prevail.
