3. Complaint Handling
We will review complaints based on the information provided and take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the matter.
Where additional information is required, we may contact the customer for clarification or supporting documents.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the resolution may include an explanation, correction, replacement, exchange, refund or other appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law and our relevant policies.
4. Complaint Resolution
Future Fashion Nepal Pvt. Ltd. will review and manage complaints received through its complaint-management mechanism.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 15 days from the date of registration of the complaint, subject to the nature of the complaint and any information required from the customer, courier, payment provider or other relevant party.
Where a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved through our internal mechanism, the customer may pursue the remedies available under applicable law, including approaching the competent government authority.
5. No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
