Delivery Policy
At Future Fashion Nepal Pvt. Ltd., we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times and charges depend on the delivery location and order value.
1. Kathmandu Valley
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.
- Free delivery is available for orders of NPR 2,000 or above.
- Orders below NPR 2,000 have a NPR 100 delivery charge.
2. Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are generally dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will normally be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
- Free delivery is available for orders of NPR 4,000 or above.
- For orders below NPR 4,000, delivery charges vary depending on the delivery location and will be shown/calculated according to the applicable location-based delivery rate.
- Delivery generally takes 2–3 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.
3. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Other unforeseen circumstances
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be outside our responsibility.
5. Delivery Issues
